Every good teacher is an expert gardener!
The oak tree is renowned for its strength and longevity. It is remarkable that a tree that will grow to be over 100 ft, starts out as a tiny acorn. The reality is: these small fruits have a very slight chance of surviving to become a tree. Some experts estimate that less than one in 10,000 acorns will become a mature tree.
POTENTIAL GREATNESS IS IN THEIR DNA,
but the right conditions must exist to enable its realization.
TEACHING
Successful teaching has one main objective: “One expert producing another expert. Anything less is failure.”
SPEAKING
Motivational, Inspirational, and Transformational speaking are the intellectual arts utilizing the sense of speech to plant, water, or fertilize seeds of truth in the mind and heart, that will produce lasting fruit in the life of the hearer. When the seed, water, and fertilizer are God’s words His power is utilized.
